Job Description

We require Team Manager who focuses on Children and Families and are keen to use their creativity to deliver high quality in Child and Family focused practices.Location:Greater ManchesterPay rate £37/HrYour key responsibilities will include:

  • You will model good practice and be passionate about securing good outcomes for children, young people and families.
  • You will provide a range of performance management and quality assurance skills, that can ensure the management of care experiences and outcomes are positive.
  • You will ensure that children and families receive assessment and services relevant to their needs and that the highest professional standards are applied and managed.
  • You and the team will work with multi-partnerships to deliver the best possible outcomes for local children and families.
Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.Essential Requirements:
  • SWE Registered
  • Must have at least two years of post-qualifying experience working with Children
  • Require UK Driving License
