Job Description

Tonic are searching for a Mixologist to join our clients newly opening business in Stourbridge. This is a restaurant and bar where you will be encouraged to entertain guests when making cocktails with your bar flaring techniques. The more you like to confidently demonstrate your flaring skills, the better! Our client wants fantastic drinks, theatre (think dry ice and sparklers!) and amazing hospitality, you will head up the drinks programme and train your team to deliver it with consistency.Whats in it for you

  • You will have cocktail bar management experience
  • You will have worked in a business where bar flair was encouraged
  • You will have created a cocktail list previously
  • You should be able to make a range of classic cocktails
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of spirits
  • You have a warm personality and are passionate about amazing service
