Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.So, we want you to join us and the 12,000 other colleagues on our journey; colleagues who have helped us create places, maintain 195,000 homes, manage £4 billion of assets and teach 75,000 children to swim each week.More about you roleIn this role you will be responsible for proactively leading the Salesand Lettings Team in our new property sales and rentals programme at Landale Court, near Aberdeen.You will be responsible for the direct line management of initially one Sales Advisor and will work closely with the Director of Operationsto establish clear objectives, KPIs and targets, monitoring the team on a weekly basis.You will provide a first class customer experience, delivering excellent customer service from the first enquiry right through to completion, acting as a personal advisor to all potential customers by following up leads and maintaining interest.You will be expected to liaise with Estate Agents, Solicitors, removal companies and other professional bodies to make sure the customer journey is progressing smoothly.For further information please download the job description More about youTo be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of operating at a senior level, providing excellent customer service to our customers. You will have excellent negotiating skills and be used to dealing with agents, staff and clients.You will have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others and will be able to work collaboratively and supportively as part of a team. You will have a background in property sales and a proven track record in achieving sales and ideally rentals andhave an excellent understanding on the home buying process, with experience of working with solicitors, estate agents and third parties.You will have strong IT skills and be able to work on a number of different computer programmes including Microsoft Office, Rightmove and Salesforce or similar CRM.You will be based out of the Landale Court sales office; your working days will be Monday to Friday, although you will be required to work one Saturday a month to support your team.The benefitsOur ambition gives you all the challenge you could wish for and thats why we can offer you tangible and exciting career progression in a diverse and pioneering business.
