Apply today and work as a Warehouse Operative for a leading supermarket chain. Staffline is recruiting in Stoke-on-Trent. Take home a £325 retention bonus after 12 weeks of service! The rates of pay are £8.93 per hour for the ay shifts and £9.06 per hour for the Night shift. The pay rates will increase after 12 weeks of service as follows: - for Days £9.65 per hour - for the afternoon shift £10.66 per hour - for the night shift £11.68 per hour You will work any 5 days out of 7. The hours of work are: - 6am to 1:30pm - 2pm to 9.30pm - 10pm to 5:30am Your Time at WorkAs a Warehouse Operative at this site you will pick products using a pick-by-light system, often working from heights using LLOPs and PPTs. This role will include loading and receiving food products. You may be required to work in different areas of the warehouse, including re-pack. The work can be repetitive and involves some lifting, as well as manually repacking products. While working as a Packer you will adhere to the sites Health and Safety policies and procedures. Our Perfect WorkerOur ideal Warehouse Operative pays great attention to detail, works with accuracy, and has time management skills. You should be organised and focused. You will work well individually or within a team, can work under pressure to meet targets, and have aflexible approach to the day-to-day requirements. A certain level of physical fitness is required as there will be lifting involved. Previous MHE experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
