Job Description

Immediate Interviews and scheduled starts of 11th and 25th July for customer service/collections advisors for our modern call centre based in Stoke.Were looking for Permanent Full time customer service advisors and individuals with a passion for providing great customer experiences to join our company & provide support & advise for our customers experiencing financial difficultiesThese roles are all permanent with a starting salary of 21000 plus a 2.4k bonus scheme.   • Inbound and outbound (non-sales) telephone calls
  • Email correspondence
  • Data input
  • 37.5
  • Full-time shifts - including some evenings and occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm
  • Full training and support throughout
  • Opportunities to progress and grow with the business. Many of our team leaders & managers having started in roles just like this.
Requirements for the role:
  • We are ideally looking for individuals with experience in customer service, but if you are passionate about providing a great customer experience we want to hear from you, even if you have not previously worked in a customer service role.
  • You should be available to start work over the next four weeks
  • A positive attitude to customers with empathy & support
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Positive telephone manner
