Cordant People are looking for a Senior People Advisor for our client,North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust for an immediate start!Location: Working from HomePay: Band 6 £14.33 HRHours: 37.5As a member of the People Operations Team, to provide a comprehensive day-to-day people service, covering the full range of people / Human Resource related issues, to meet the needs of the Trust and staff in an effective and professional manner. To providepeople related and HR advice across the range of complex people / HR issues,developing excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, in order to enable service areas to achieve their departmental, Key Performance Indicators/Targets and Trust corporateobjectives.Key duties:Provide line managers and staff with professional, comprehensive and timely people related and HR advice and support on complex people / HR issues including, but not confined to, employeerelations matters such as sickness management, performancemanagement, grievance, harassment and bullying, disciplinary issues, management of change and TUPE, medical staffing, with minimal supervision ensuring that organisational and legislative requirements are met and standards of good practice are maintained Adviseand assist both managers and employees in informal and formal resolution of grievances in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures.Advise and assist managers at all stages of the disciplinary process including informal and formal resolution of cases. This will include conducting suspension meetings, carrying out investigations with line managers and/or as Investigating Officer, productionof investigation reports, liaising with staff side, preparation of management cases, presentation of management cases at hearings,preparation and presentation of appeal cases.Provide advice and assistance to managers and employees with issues relating to harassment andbullying, including both informal and formal resolution of cases in accordance with the relevantpolicies and procedures.Provide people related and HR advice and support to managers on management of change issuesincluding advising managers on restructuring, redeployment etc. carrying out collective andindividual consultations, at risk meetings, advising on redundancy matters and entitlement includingredundancy pay, with minimal supervision.for further details please email or apply to this job post and I will be in contact ASAP.
