Registered NurseBrindley Court, Station Street, Longport, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 4NDAs a Registered Nurse at Brindley Court youll be delivering the very highest standard of care as you assess nursing needs, identify and take the right interventions for every resident. Youll be developing, implementing and evaluating individualised careplans for each of our residents and monitoring practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met, you will promote our residents independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care andstriving for continuous improvement.Youll also supervise colleagues, manage shifts and make sure flawless handover summaries are completed to ensure continuity of care.Leading, motivating and mentoring your team youll be delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smoothand efficient running of the care home.Above all, its about ensuring our residents are at the core of everything you do.Hourly rate is subject to experience and qualificationsAbout YouWere looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC codes of practice.
