Job Description

I am working on behalf of a national non-for-profit social care provider who are looking for an experienced manager for their luxury retirement living servicebased in Stoke-On-Trent.This company is committed to improving communities throughout the UK by delivering outstanding social care services.   • Large national company that provides a range of services such as extra care and supported living -Delivering care services to older people, adults with learning difficulties and people with dementia.

The role:
  • Responsible for overall management of the Retirement living facility and the provision of care to some residents
  • Maintain staffing levels and focus on recruitment
  • Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and push for Outstanding
  • Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
  • Salary will be reviewed after 12 months and increase in line with performance
Required competencies:
  • Previous experience working within a Domiciliary care/ extra care environment
  • Would consider those from a supported living/ residential background
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Level 5
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care
