Job Description

Property Services Administrator (Electrical Servicing) Stoke-on-Trent£21,000 - £22,000Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their property services team on a permanent full time basis. Youll help to develop and maintain maintenance service schedules to keep their homes and customers safe. Help theproperty services team with any administrative tasks. While helping keep track and maintain the organisations stock condition. Youll also audit compliance certificates and communicate health and safety information to customers when needed.Job requirements

  • Develop service schedules using IT systems.
  • Collect data for and manage servicing programmes for yearly maintenance and health and safety checks.
  • Provide information to contractors to help them carry out jobs. And collect and feedback contractor feedback.
  • Maintain accurate service information by recording and producing stats on servicing visits.
  • Organise any follow up works and respond to any recommendations made by contractors and report them back to the Asset and Compliance Manager.
  • Working with the finance team to manage contractor payments once work has been done.
  • Arrange site visits and property inspections.
  • Help to maintain the stock condition database.
What theyre looking for
  • Someone with experience of working in a maintenance or housing environment would be desirable but not essential.
  • A good level of education with a GCSE or equivalent qualification in maths, English and IT.
  • A qualification in health, safety or electrical would be desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of building, maintenance and health and safety best practises and laws would be desirable but not essential.
  • Someone who is able to manage their own workload.
  • Experience of data management including using spreadsheets and databases.
