Job Description

Systems/Project Accountant | Stoke on Trent| £28,000-£30,000Macildowie Finance is currently working on a position offering the opportunity to work for a Logistics, based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.Recruiting for this Project/Systems Accountant position, this role within the team will report to the Group Financial Controller and will help to deliver on various systems projects, to create complex models and progress existing projects.The finance team will be playing an active part in leading and supporting the company in achieving its business objectives and revenue targets by providing key financial insight and control; whilst driving improvements to the operation and financial processes.So what is the job

  • Management and implementation of system developments
  • Supervision of continuing projects
  • Development new processes and controls
  • Aim to continually improve processes and systems
  • Support in ad hoc projects where required
  • Provide Support for the Group Financial Controller on a day to day basis
  • Supervision of support staff
