Job Description

  • 34.5 hours working weeks which means an early finish on a Friday
  • No weekend working

The company are recognised within their field as one of the biggest manufacturer and exporters across the globe.Reporting to the Business Manager, the Office Administrator will be working as part of a small team consisting of 5 people and will be responsible for organising all office functions including purchasing, order processing, invoicing and generic administrationduties.What youll need:
  • Ability to work as a Team player with a can-do attitude, as well as working autonomously if/when required.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage varying workload.
  • Proficient of Microsoft packages and computer literate
  • Previous experience of working within an administration role is desirable.
Salary / Working Hours / Other Information:
  • Salary: Up to £21,000 depending on experience
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am -17:00pm / Friday 9:00am15:00pm
  • Holidays: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (33 in total!)
  • Parking available
