Role: Logistics Coordinator Salary: £23,500 Location: Stoke-on-Trent Type: Permanent Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a company located in Stoke-on-Trent on a full time, permanent basis.The Logistics Coordinator Will Report directly to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience planning deliveries, organising transport and any other associated transport administration tasks. They will have a positive "can do"attitude and be flexible enough to adapt to a wide range of duties in a growing business. The Role & Responsibilities of the Logistics Associate* Keeping accurate records * Maintaining health and safety standards * Producing proof of delivery for customers * Production and management of Import & export documents * Investigating operational queries and providing resolutions * Inbound call handling from customers and suppliers * Managing Supplier invoices - checking off and amending PO * Despatching orders within Sage * Organising transport with couriers, hauliers and third-party providers * Managing and review of Logistics non-conformance * Raising haulier claims * Calls to site to check requirements and book in deliveries Requirements of the Logistics Associate* previous experience planning deliveries * Preferred transport planning background but not essential * Proficient in Microsoft office and IT Literate * Excellent administration skills * Positive Can Do attitude * flexible enough to adapt to a wide range of duties in a growing business * Experience with stock control systems desirable What will you get in return* Performance-related bonus * Training and development opportunities * 26 days holiday entitlement per annum (plus bank holidays), including a Christmas Shutdown * Opt in Employee Healthcare plan * 1 x Salary Life Assurance * Annual Pay Review * Reward and recognition schemesType: PermanentWorking Hours:Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm 45 Minute Lunch Break
