This role itself will offers exponential development, growth and promotion opportunities. You will be joining the L&D team through a period of aggressive growth, this will require navigating, influencing and supporting the wider business through this change.This role will involve delivery of training and coaching. This training will be delivered in line with Reassured corporate culture and values, taking into account all regulatory responsibilities.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a real passion for training and staff development. They should have an outstanding training delivery style and technique, and be able to train competently at a variety of business levels.
