We have also just been voted number 12 on Sunday Times best Companies to work for in Mid Size Business category.Job DescriptionThe L&D team will offer you an autonomous working environment, which will allow you to be creative and innovative with ongoing training, support and development. This role itself will offers exponential development, growth and promotion opportunities. You will be joining the L&D team through a period of aggressive growth, this will require navigating, influencing and supporting the wider business through this change.This role will involve delivery of training and coaching. This training will be delivered in line with Reassured corporate culture and values, taking into account all regulatory responsibilities.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a real passion for training and staff development. They should have an outstanding training delivery style and technique, and be able to train competently at a variety of business levels. They should also be an experienced coach, capable of helping staff to reach their full potential.QualificationsResponsibilities

  • Delivery of Induction Training
  • Management of Inductees through their Grad Bay
  • Creating and updating training materials as required
  • Seeing new starters through their Induction to Probation programme
  • Ad-hoc training requirements, including soft skills, sales training or product specific training
  • Ongoing TNA related to training performance
  • Liaison with all business areas to ensure training requirements meet business needs
  • Ensuring all training is up to date with current regulation
  • Creation of and updating Training MI
  • Project work as required by the L&D Manager
  • Skills, Experience and CompetenciesSkills & Experience
  • Experience of sales, or sales training in a fast paced call centre environment
  • Outstanding training delivery
  • Top quality training material preparation
  • Desirable Experience
  • Knowledge of FCA regulation
  • Have worked as a trainer within an FCA regulated environment
  • Experience of delivering coaching on a 1-2-1 basis
