Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join KPI Recruiting LTD.The role is part-time, with flexible hours to suit.KPI Recruiting ltd are growing nationally, we are looking for a hands-on data analyst with haveprevious experience in data collection with a keen eye for detail.The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate at all levels and will be involved in key management meetings to present data and give a valued opinion.As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for

  • Gaining a full understanding of the business will be key to success in this role.
  • Timely production and delivery of MI reporting
  • Collating data across all branches
  • Pull data from multiple platforms to present meaningful analysis
  • Help divisions make key decisions in growth strategies
  • Engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders to respond to evolving business needs
  • Maximising business profits, through data analytics
  • Pro-active identification and implementation of opportunities for process improvement
  • Production of accurate and insightful analysis in response to ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests
  • Helping to educate all stakeholders in the value of the data collection
Skill required:
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and computer databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable approach
  • Microsoft applications
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with working with the business to understand data requirements and developing the use of data in a business.
