Job Description

Would you be interested in working for one of the business leaders in their industryConsider a role as a Claims Handler with Davies group in the Stoke on Trent office!Claims HandlerContract: PermanentLocation: Stoke-on-TrentSalary: £17,375 - £20,000 per annumThe successful candidate will play a vital role in the business and will be the first point of contact for their clients and customers. You will regularly make decisions and decide on the best courses of action for each customer and their policies, maintaininggood communication with them at all times to ensure the highest levels of customer service by email and telephone.Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing policies to determine the best solution to each query
  • Upholding and achieving high standards of Customer Service
  • Ensuring accuracy of customer, policy and claims data
  • Composing and processing written and verbal customer communications
