Care Support Worker Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 3AFSalary: Rates between £9.11 - £10.25 depending on positionContract: Full time and Part time positions available!We are Jump 2 Independence Ltd and we want you. We are offering you the opportunity to work as part of a caring, dedicated and compassionate team of people who wake up in the morning to make a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable people.We have the following working patterns and positions available; all positions require a driving license and access to a vehicle:

  • Community Care Worker - Permanent (£9.95)
  • Senior Support Worker - Permanent (£10.25)
  • Full-time Support Worker - Permanent (£9.22)
  • Night Support Worker - Permanent (£10.25)
  • Part-time Support Worker- Permanent (£9.22)
  • Part-time Outreach Support Worker - Temporary (£9.11)
  • As one of our Care Support Workers you can expect to be:
  • Delivering person-led, clinically-assisted plans designed to help our service users fulfil their potential, be self-sufficient and turn their dreams into reality!
  • Assisting our service users to access the community for social activities such as shopping, bingo or hospital appointments.
  • Providing personal care, assistance with domestic duties where required and also meal preparation.
  • Developing positive, respectful and compassionate relationships with the people that we support, focussing on their strengths as individuals.
  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Care experience or a passion to work in care, a full induction program and on-going training and support will be provided.
  • Commitment to making a difference in the peoples lives whom we provide a high standard of care and support for and the ability to provide hands on personal care in way that is dignified and respectful.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full driving licence and own car is essential due to the locations of some our calls.
  • All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced disclosure from the DBS. We are an equal opportunities employer.Why choose J2i:
