Adecco Sunderland has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established expanding company as a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis based in Stockton on Tees.The role involves dealing with all customer pre and post-sale queries, including order updates, production of quotes and provision of delivery details. The post holder will be able to confidently and professionally communicate with our customers on the telephone and also by email. Other responsibilities include the maintenance of the International Website inbox, development of International customer service, with particular focus on Europe.Duties & Responsibilities:· Develops and manages the International Inbox; order processing, quotations, providing proofs of delivery, generating invoices, general account handling.· Ensure awareness of the different procedures and legislation required to export each order to its destination and that these policies and procedures are followed.· Resolve Customer queries and answer general questions.· Open new trade accounts in German and UK Sage, verifying relevant information to ensure a successful setup of web order processing.· Respond quickly and efficiently to the customers ensuring an exceptional customer experience.· Assumes the responsibility for the creation of notes, personal schedules and reminders, to ensure effective and efficient contribution to the departments activities.· Working with the new business/account managers to list new products, process orders and support with query resolution.· Ensure appropriate department policies and procedures are followed.· This is not an exhaustive list of duties, other reasonable duties may be included, in particular when holidays and absences occur.Specifications / Skills / Experience:· Computer literate and competence using systems such as Sage CRM, Sage 200, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Packages, especially Excel· Must be a team player who is adaptable with the ability to work on their own and with others· Takes pride in their attention to detail and accuracy of work· Strong customer focus ensuring that the customer experience is taken into account at all times· Excellent at dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone· Excellent verbal and written skills· Employees should expect to work day-shift patterns between the hours of 8am and 6pm be punctual and maintain good attendance.· A Customer Service/Technical Admin background is highly desirable· Experience of working in a Sales, IT or AV environment would be advantageousCompetencies:· Planning and Organising· Customer FocusShould you feel you have the skills and are happy with the location then please feel free to apply for this role.Adecco UK are an equal opportunities employer.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
