Job Description

Some key duties youll undertake as Sales Manager include* Support in the transformation of Jewson and the Business Unit* Develop, lead, coach and support the sales team in delivering a differentiated customer value proposition* Develop strong relationships with all key customers, working closely with colleagues to ensure customer relationships are managed at all levels across the business unit * Lead, coach and support the sales team to deliver a larger share of the customers wallet* Challenge performance and take necessary actions or provide coaching where needed* Implement the national sales plan across the business unit with support from the Business Unit Director* Develop a rolling 12 month local sales plan with the branches in the business unit to enable growth in our target marketAm I who you are looking forFirst and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working; we innovate, we collaborate, were agile, we act with entrepreneurial spirit, and were supportive of and close to our customers.
