Job Description

Office Manager required for a two year contract in Stockton. This is a full-time fixed term role within a construction office.The RoleTo support the site/project administration function covering a variety of administrative tasks set by the Project Manager;To support site teams in the implementation of the systems and processes used in Quality Management and Document Control in line with the company /sector procedures and project specific requirements;To provide Primary support to document control and Quality Assurance queries for live projects;To support site teams in delivery and minuting of site meetings e.g., Client Monthly, and fortnightly internal;To action tasks issued by the Contracts Manager/Project Manager in a timely and professional manner;Check and report to site PMs/Agents whether all information produced from site is in line with correct and up to date QA procedures;Printing documentation and compiling on document control system when requested by site team;Complete any adhoc typing / letters requests as required;Assist with compilation of reports for management meetings (HSEQ stats & TQs);Assist with compilation of Health & Safety Files / O&M’s;Filing of emails from project specific Mailbox into the electronic filing system.Experience RequiredApplicants must have recent, relevant experience.RemunerationTo be discussed upon applicationThis is a permanent position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.By applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Notice and Disclaimers which can be found on our website.
