Job Description

My client is seeking a Office Administrator to support their existing administration and Management team with department duties.They are looking to offer a temporary ongoing assignment, however a permanent position is available for the right candidate.The hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and the salary is £23,920 (£11.50ph)Main Tasks of the role:

  • Assist with customer enquiries
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required
  • Telephone customers/suppliers requesting/providing order numbers
  • Creation of sales orders, jobs and purchase orders on to system
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems for job sheets, invoices and test certificates
  • Answering the telephones, scanning and photocopying as required
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Undertake any other reasonable task as required (competence permitting)
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.Skills Required:
