Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for a microbiologist to join an SME sized company at their site based in Durham on an initial contract basis.The Company:Our client is a leading manufacturer of chemicals for the life science industry.The Role:

  • This role is a hybrid position between the lab and working in an office.
  • You will be responsible for collecting samples from inside the clean rooms.
  • Using aseptic techniques to grow bacteria
  • Identifying different types of bacteria
  • Report writing
Experience:
  • Ideally a degree within Microbiology or related subject
  • Experience working within a clean room environment
  • Environmental monitoring experience is a bonus
  • At least 2 years experience in a lab based environment
