Job Description

Netwirking Recruitment are please to have partnered up with a multi award winning Managed Service Provider based in the North East who due to growth are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join them.They have partnered up with big, reputable, global technology brands to provide clients with their cutting edge services that are reliable, powerful and supported by people who are experts in their field.Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide support for businesses networks/servers around the UK which includes but is not limited to Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Operating System, VMware, Hyper-V, File/Print, SAN Storage Arrays, DNS and DHCP
  • Diagnose and fix issues
  • Liaise directly with customers regarding technical issues
  • Incident management
  • Resolve Technical issues
Skills / Experience:
  • Experience with installations and design of networks
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience preferably in similar support role supporting multiple businesses
  • Experience of network design and implementation
Qualifications:
  • MCSA/E qualification would be advantages however if not, you must be able to prove working at this level and willing to undergo training to achieve qualification which will be provided.
