This is a new and exciting opportunity for someoneto make a real difference in the way we support our colleagues and managers. The role will sit as part of the Employee Relations Team and will offer support in terms of ongoing case management and advice. It will also be closely linked to the Diversity & Inclusionteam to implement and drive forward actions, as a Disability Confident Employer.The role will be based in Stockton on Tees, working hybrid between the office and home.
