Job Description

Job Title: HR Administrator ( Team Leader)Salary: Competitive (Discussed at interview stage)Hours: Mon - Friday 37.5hrs per week.Location:Stockton-on-TeesTS17 ( Office based)6 Months Fixed Term ContractThe Recruitment Co are helping one of our clients recruit for an experiencedHR Administrator / Team leader to join their HR Department on a 6 months fixed term contract.Recruitment duties :

  • Administer the Internal Vacancy Circulars and External Advertising requirements as necessary.
  • Ensure all roles are properly approved before they are advertised and maintain the recruitment tracker.
  • Liaison between the Recruiting Manager and HRBP (HR Business partner)
New Starters duties:
  • Ensure that all right to work documentation is in place and the necessary approvals before an offer letter is issued.
  • When necessary prepare offer letter packs.
  • Update the recruitment tracker
  • Make sure that all documentation is filed correctly
  • Liaison between the Recruiting Manager, the outsourced HR Admin team and HRBP
  • Administration when needed relating to Drugs and Alcohol testing and the Health Declaration forms which involves liaising with our external provider
  • Supporting the induction process
Absence duties:
  • Supporting the administration of all types of absence including sickness, annual leave, maternity/paternity/parental leave etc.
  • Ensure that it is recorded correctly and administered inline with our procedures
Changes for employee duties:
  • Supporting the administration of all changes to an employee during their employment from address changes to promotion letters.
  • Ensure that they are all administered in line with our procedures Updating and maintaining the time administrators in SAP
Leavers duties:
  • Ensuring that all leaver forms are administered as per procedure.
  • If there are any overpayments actively follow this up with support from HRBP.
  • In redundancy situations support with administering the Outplacement support or training
Education and Experience
  • Excellent IT Skills,Word Excel, Microsoft office
  • Experience of using SAP HR.
  • Experience in working with a busy HR department.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Organisation skills with an excellent eye for accuracy and detail
  • Confident, Self Motivated
