Job Description

Job Title: Graduate Business Development Manager Location: Stockton-on-TeesSalary: £24k basic/ with £8k OTE REF: J11164:NESector: Tech Providing a proprietary cloud-based SaaS platform, our client delivers supply base confidence through software that helps organisations reduce the costs, risks and complexities associated with managing a large supplier base. Used by businesses around the world,they have clients situated in over 25 countries, spanning four continents, and work with recognised brands and industry leaders such as Costa Coffee, AAK and P&O Ferries. Theyre now looking for ambitious graduates to join their Sales and Marketing team as a Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team and start a lucrative career in this newly created role, as the company continues to increaseits presence within their chosen markets. Graduate Business Development Manager Package:

Graduate Business Development Manager Role:
  • Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies for winning new business in line with the companies established business plan
  • Develop prospects from marketing qualified leads, through to implementation and the successful wining of business
  • Proactively perform consultative selling via phone calls, emails and social channels, targeting key decision makers at a senior level in enterprise companies
  • Identify and generate leads and sales through the existing Key Account Management framework
  • Create and maintain strong partnerships with existing customers
  • Manage the company CRM system, reporting activity, sales and marketing data and potential client needs in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attend trade conferences and exhibitions on behalf of the company, promoting the business and building the sales pipeline
Graduate Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • A full, clean UK drivers license
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyou must be able to communicate effectively on all levels
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise your time and workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
