Your role will involve providing accurate and detailed cost estimates, collaborating with various teams, and aligning client and company goals to deliveroutstanding results.Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimation: Prepare precise cost estimates considering materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information for accurate estimations.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide transparent and detailed cost breakdowns.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and market fluctuations to ensure competitive and realistic estimates.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Estimator.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software, strong command of Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with industry-specific tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
