Job Description

ReedBusiness Support are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Assistantwith one of our fantastic clients based in Teesside, on a full time basis, the role is temp to perm initially.The hours are38.75hrs – Mon to Fri (08:30 – 17:00 with 45 min lunch)Main duties:

  • Organise and set up computerised and hard copy files and documents
  • Logging any issues with customer homes
  • Liaise with homeowners / agents / tenants by telephone and email regarding handovers and warranty issues
  • Liaise with site and subcontractors and before and after completion on warranty issues
  • Help to complete instruction and warranty booklets for apartment handover packs
  • Ensure that all computerised records are updated accurately and in a timely manner
  • Organise appointments for home demonstrations, handovers, courtesy visits with homeowners / agents
  • Organise appointments with homeowners / agents for access for trades to attend to properties to carry out their duties
  • All other duties as needed to assist in the smooth running of the Customer Care Team
All candidates must have the following experience or knowledge:• Computer literate, and have knowledge of excel, word and Outlook• Customer care within a property company – ideally dealing with repairs / warranty issues - advantageous• Experience with working under pressureAll candidates must be able to work well under pressure, work to precise deadlines and be able to deal with the general public in a professional and courteous manner.Apply now if you are actively looking for work and can start immediately!
