Job Description

We are currently seeking a Handover Experience Partner to work within our dealership in Stockport.This is a full time position with a basic salary of up to £20,800 dependant of age and typically OTE is around £24,800This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is looking to potentially start a career in the automotive industry and sales environment.Benefits:

You will be:
  • Responsible for delivering a great customer handover experience from point of sale to customer collection
  • Liaising with customers with progress reports
  • Ensuring all correct documentation is available for a seamless handover.
  • You will be savvy with the latest technology.
  • Keen to learn about Mercedes Benz products.
You will have:
  • Creative experience of delivering outstanding customer services.
  • A natural affinity for building relationships with new customers and visitors.
  • You will make our customer experience the best that it can possibly be ensuring we have 100% customer satisfaction.
  • A valid UK Drivers Licence.
