Trainee IVA Advisor - TelesalesStockportUp to £25,000 + Bonus (£50k uncapped) + Flexible HoursOverviewAre you a strong Telesales Advisor looking for the next step in your career Do you want to work in a customer-focussed role where you can genuinely help people in need My client, a fast-growing Insolvency Practitioner based in Stockport, is looking forTrainee IVA Advisors to join them as part of their ongoing expansion.RoleYou will speak to customers who have made enquiries into one of the companys financial solutions. Given the nature of the industry, there is no cold calling involved on this role. You will speak to clients over the telephone, thoroughly understanding theirfinancial solution, before providing advice on the options that are available to them. Once the customer is aware of their options, you will put their case together and pass to an IVA Drafter who will finalise their case for approval.Your ExperienceYou will be from a B2C Telesales background and have an ethical and empathetic approach to how you deal with customers. You will not have a hard-sales approach to sales, as in the nature of this role the solution has exactly right to suit their needs andcircumstances. You will be looking to join a company that offers stability, and a very employee driven company culture.PackageIn return for your experience my client is looking to pay up to £25,000 dependant on experience, plus Bonus (£50,000 uncapped). They also offer and excellent benefits package including flexible working hours and ongoing incentives.
