Trainee Insurance AdvisorStockport OfficeGreat Transport Links & Onsite ParkingRemote working after training As a Trainee Insurance Advisor, youll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service for both new and existing customers in relation to their insurance policies. You will have access to a wide range of insurers and provide them with a cost savingservice, whilst also offering additional products such as breakdown cover or windscreen repair.We are looking for Trainee Insurance Advisors to join a vibrant and growing department, they pride themselves on delivering excellent levels of service and have an excellent reputation within the market.Your day to day:- Dealing with inbound insurance quotes from customers, dealing with new policies, mid term adjustments, general queries around their account or policy- Outbound calls to existing customers offering them services and set them up with additional products- The majority of your day will be spent on the phone - as they have a dedicated administration department!What you wont have to do :- Deal directly with complaints- Cold call- Administration workWhat they are offering :- £18,000-£21,000- 2 months of intensive training- Hybrid working practice - fully remote once training is completed- Progression opportunities and quarterly pay reviews.We are looking for individuals who are experienced in Insurance or individuals who have a background in Sales, Customer Service or any other customer facing role that are looking to build a career in Insurance.
