Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join a well established, award winning Technical provider, based in Stockport. You will be working within the sales & Retentions department, receiving inbound calls from existing customers, managing retentionsprocess, whilst delivering excellent customer service.Client DetailsOur client is a leading Technical provider, with a great reputation on the market. They are looking for Telesales Executives to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the team. This role offers excellent careerprogression, working in a friendly and supportive team environment. They also offer a great commission structure with a realistic OTE up to £27,500.DescriptionDuties of the Telesales Executive will be:

  • Handling inbound calls from existing customers
  • Managing Retentions process
  • Identify any customer issues through effective questioning and objective handling
  • Provide accurate and clear information about customers renewals & upgrades
  • Ask relevant and appropriate open ended questions
  • Up selling relevant packages to the customer
  • Handle customer objections
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
ProfileThe successful candidate will have the below skills:
  • To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
  • Used to dealing with customers, either on inbound or outbound calls in a telesales or call centre environment
  • Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve targets
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Previously had success in a telesales role and proven to exceed targets
