I am currently recruiting for a Technical Support Advisor to join a fast-growing IT & Telecoms company based out of their offices in the Stockport area. This is a full-time position, paying a salary between GBP21000 - GBP23000 dependant on experience. The role also includes 22 days annual leave, with a great benefits package and free parking on site. I am keen to speak to Technical Support Advisors who have previous B2B experience working on a Telecoms helpdesk. Successful candidates must have a good understanding of Network technologies and knowledge of VoIP, SIP Fixed Line and Data Connectivity. About The Role:Handle the day to day support incidents and change requests via telephone and email To assist in the provision of an effective support desk service across the organisation To receive and record all calls from customers and deal directly with requests and complaints and escalate problems in accordance with established procedure Ensure users are informed on status and progress of incidents logged with the service desk and ensure that routine tasks needed to meet user requirements are undertaken correctly and on time Effective incident ticket queue management, communication and ownership of logged incidents Maintaining the internal CRM system with customer information Develop and maintain key relationships both internally and externally Essential Skills & Experience:Previous experience working in a Telecoms helpdesk role VoiP, SIP, Fixed Line and Data Connectivity knowledge Working knowledge of Network technologies and principles (VLAN, VPNs and Firewalls) Passionate in delivering an outstanding service to all customers Proactive and solution focused problem solver Enjoys everything technical - analysing issues and troubleshooting ideas Committed and motivated to self-development About The Benefits:Salary: GBP21000 - GBP23000 dependant on experience Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00AM - 5:30PM Holidays: 22 days + birthday day off + bank holidays (increases with service) Health cashback scheme Week paid sickness leave Free Parking To ApplyIf this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to apply!
