System Development Team Lead (.NET)Stockport - £50,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefit PackageA System Development Team Lead (.NET) is required by a leading technology arm of a highly successful government backed biotechnology organisation, to lead the development team in assisting the organisation as a whole to achieve organisational goals.The successful System Development Team Lead (.NET) will have several responsibilities, this includes defining, integrating, and upgrading a comprehensive architecture through collaboration with the technical architects, alongside having the ability to translate the research and development across to the task developers. You will work with Business Analysts to ensure delivery on business requirements, while maintaining the best practices for Software Architecture and Development Lifecycles.In addition, the System Development Team Lead (.NET), will need to have strong communication skills when liaising with stakeholders and coaching teams to further their development through monitoring progress on tasks and holding them accountable for continuous improvement.Essential skills of the successful System Development Team Lead (.NET):
