Job Description

Well established manufacturing firm in Stockport looking for a SHEQ manager with brilliant benefits.Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to manage multiple priorities, utilising leadership skills to delegate responsibilities for your colleagues
  • Encourage progress within the business to develop and maintain effective health and safety
You will be:
  • Ensuring on site compliance on environmental and waste management including training and reports
  • Adhere with ISO 9001 accreditations
  • Ensure a full documented health and safety programme including audits and checks is adhered to
  • Monitor and report on health and safety KPIs
  • Manage and process customer complaints and supplier quality issues
  • Plan and deliver health and safety events for the company
Essential skills:
  • ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards and requirements
  • IOSH training
  • Handling of EHS investigations
  • Experienced in Lean techniques such as 8D, RCCM, 5 Whys
