Job Description

Role:
  • Provide a helpful and polite response to initial contacts into the Service Desk through taking calls, reply to emails and responding to self-service tickets
  • Effectively log and fault analysis of new incidents and service requests
  • Escalate and coordinate any incident requests within the scope of a Service Desk fix
  • Schedule and support engineers during installations, fault resolution and 3rd party issues
  • Maintain a technical knowledge of all supported products and undertake training when necessary to update any required skills set
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
