Job Description

e have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service 24 Technician to join our flagship dealership in Stockport.This is a full time role working £28,802 plus bonus.You will be:

  • Responsible for independent system diagnosis and repairing the malfunctions on site at the breakdown location and over the phone.
  • Friendly and professional to customers and restoring customers mobility efficiently.
  • Covering the entire range of Mercedes Benz or smart products, including older model series.
  • Primarily responsible for providing a technical solution, to the breakdown situation.
  • Able to adhere to the specified Service24 process (e.g. use of m4T)
  • Repair and towing
  • Communicating with customers regarding order of completion
  • Interacting with partners (e.g. CAC/CC and customers, management, overflow provider, service department, workshop department, logistics department)
You will have:
  • Basic knowledge for working on gaseous fuel systems, restraint systems and air conditioning systems.
  • Awareness qualification for work on vehicles with high voltage systems.
  • At least 2 year professional experience
