Senior PHP Developer - Sheffield (Hybrid) - £50-65,000Laravel/AWS/Microservices| Hybrid Remote |Generousholiday allowance | Flexible Work CultureAda Mehers client is on the lookout for a Senior PHP Developer, specialised in Laravel, to join their established team as they continue development work on theircore product. Already a successful business, they have a very exciting product roadmap and arelooking for someone to come on board and help them reach their full potential. They have a focus on working with the latest versions of the technologies on the market and continuallyimproving their codebases to avoid technical debt, as well as developmentof new products and features. As such, you can expect to use the latest versions of Laravel/Vue on AWS deployed Microservices.Flexibility is at the heart of their culture, adopting a hands off management approach and trusting the team to deliver results whilst remaining available when needed. This allows for a lot of flexibility in working hours, with employees left to work theirhours around their life rather than the other way around. They do value a sense of belonging and team culture, so ask for an office presence - but theyre not dogmatic around mandating this. The ideal candidate will have an air of technical authority and be comfortable mentoring and reviewing code for more junior members of the team. You will also be familiar with working to SOLID principles and the latest PSR standards. In return you will getthe chance to work in a team where you are able to share ideas freely and get involved in the future roadmaps for the company, as well as enjoy a very supportive and flexible working environment. Given the size of the team now, 8 developers, and the rate atwhich they are looking to scale this role presents a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to make a real impact on a product. To be considered:
