Job Description

SENIOR PENSIONS ADMINISTRATORSALARY: UP TO £32,000LOCATION: STOCKPORT1 day home, 4 days office5% Matching Pension ContributionFull funding for professional studiesExcellent prospects for future progression as both the Company and role expands over timeNJR Recruitment are now working in Partnership with a specialist provider of bespoke self-invested pension solutions to professional advisers, business owners and other High Net Worth clients. Our Client are now seeking an additional Pensions Account Executiveto work within their small and friendly Pensions Team. The successful Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day Self-Invested Personal Pension and Small-Self Administered Scheme management function, to include

  • Processing New Business Applications
  • Opening new Bank Accounts
  • Creation & maintenance of electronic member records
  • Calculating and processing benefit payments and reviews
  • Preparation of initial, annual and ad-hoc projections and illustrations
  • Processing transfers in/out from/to external pension providers
  • Liaison with insurers/investment managers regarding transfers, asset valuations etc
  • Dealing with members/intermediary queries by email, letter, telephone and face-to-face
  • Running reports/producing Scheme/Management Information
  • Involvement in ad-hoc project work as required
At Senior level you would be involved in the supervision and support of junior team members. Applications will be considered from individuals with a minimum of 2 years+ financial services experience, who can demonstrate sound pensions knowledge along witha confident and professional manner when dealing directly with clients, their advisers and associated parties. Ideally candidates will have knowledge/experience of self-invested pensions (SIPP or SSAS) but candidates with experience in other related areas(such as corporate pensions, financial advisory/investment manager support, insurance company) will be considered. Candidates must be self-motivated, possess good organizational and communication skills, excellent literacy and numeracy skills and be comfortableworking in a busy professional environment.NJR 12685
