Working within our older persons services, you will also provide housing management services to hose customers living in Stockport Homes sheltered / extra care and 60+accommodation.Working closely and supporting the Independent Living Team Leader through management of a designated patch/case load, you will conduct workflow systems and audits, ensuring quality is maintained and will assist in developing the overall service, to including making and servicing beneficial relationships with internal and external partner services.Whilst you will have a designated lead role such as working within our older persons services or supporting customers by telephone or in person either in the community / Head Office, a flexible, responsive service for customers where and as required is paramount.With experience of working within a similar environment, ideally working with customers on the front line, you will have ability to engage with colleagues and customers, building up good working relationships, dealing with different types of workloads and problems, making decisions confidentiality and with minimal need to escalate.
