This new division requires a specialist recruiter in Technology or Engineering, who would like to work from the comfort of their own home, leave behind the hasslesof time and travel overheads and to benefit from administrative tasks being done for you. About the roleThe position of Recruitment Associate requires a driven and self-motivated recruiter with a stellar track record of billing in excess of £100K annually. We are looking for someone who wants the freedom of being in control of their earnings along withachieving a better work life balance.Salary & benefitsThe position of Recruitment Associate is a self-employed, work from home role and you will receive the following:

  • Earn 60% of billed income (reviewed in line with performance and a scope to increase). As an example, if you billed £20K of placements in a month you would receive £12K.
  • Annual income potential of £80K to £120K or beyond, your sky is the limit.
  • Back office administration, invoicing & accounts, marketing support and a dedicated resource are all provided.
  • Access to job board advertising, CV databases and CRM system.
  • Generous quarterly bonuses - if you exceed £50K of revenue in any quarter, you’ll receive a bonus of an additional 20% on everything above £50K.

  • Recruitment Sales experience – absolutely critical
  • Must be well organised and able to run your own diary
  • Recognised degree or QBE in a relevant technical or business discipline
  • 2+ years recent experience from a recruitment agency background
  • Self-starter, able to work on own initiative without supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer skills and commercial awareness
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage
