Job Description

As a result of continued success, an award-winning recruitment consultancy firm for cybersecurity are seeking a Resourcing Team Lead to join their highly motivated, passionate and fun team in Central Stockport.They want to work with and develop the best and brightest consultants in Europe and as such, offer a highly lucrative commission structure with consultants earning thousands each month. In addition to a basic salary of up to £30,000 pa.This is the perfect role for a Resourcing Team Lead looking for a new challenge or a Senior Resourcer looking to take the next step in their career.As a Resourcing Team Lead you will:

  • Find the best candidates within the cybersecurity market across Europe and managing them through the whole recruitment process.
  • Work alongside colleagues to place top candidates in the right roles.
  • Lead, nurture and grow a team of resourcers.
  • Prioritise work for the team to ensure the most urgent roles are filled.
The successful Resourcing Team Lead will have the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent customer service and empathy, with a desire to achieve the best results for your candidates.
  • A desire to grow and progress within the business whilst also contributing to growth of the resourcing team and wider business.
  • Highly organised, able to manage your workflow.
  • Willingness to go over and above in every situation.
  • A team player, willing to support and work alongside colleagues (and willing to make a brew or two)
