The duties for this position are as followed:" Act as the first point of contact for existing clients and provide excellent client relations." To have a proactive approach & have effective verbal communication." Analyse and deliver customer needs successfully.Here`s what we need from you:" Great communication skills, Verbally & Written." Willing to learn & maintain effective relationships with clients." Previous experience in customer service, In person or over the phone." 2 Years resolution experience is desirableA driving license will be needed for this position as there is no public transport.This is a permanent position where you will be required to attend full training and induction in the office for 3 weeks.My client is committed to providing the best service, the company works tirelessly to ensure that customers are satisfied and are able to contact the call centre 7 days a week.Hours work on the below rotational shift,giving you the opportunity and flexibility of different hours This will include one Saturday & one Sunday a month, You will only ever work 5 days a week, completing 40 hours and you recieve your rota 6 weeks prior.Week 1 = 8-5pmWeek 2 = 9-6pmSalary: £20,000 + Uncapped commisionBenefits:
