Electrical Project Manager - North West£40000-£50000 + Car Allowance + BensLeading M&E Provider who cover the North West are expanding the business and currently require an Electrical Project Manager to join the team. To apply the successful PM will ideally come from an Electrical Contractor and have originated from the tools.A full understanding of building regulations is required ideally with project related qualifications.You will need experience in all stages of the project cycle including assembling the design team, the submission of tenders, assisting in the budgeting/estimating of projects and working in conjunction with the Site Managers delivering the projects. Therole is expected to be in the office 3 days a week.Projects will cover the South of the North West and will include a mixture of commercial and domestic sites. They will vary in value and a large element of your role will focus on the negotiating of budgets with suppliers as well as liaising directly withthe client.Additional skills required include:
