Podium Recruitment are delighted to be partnering up with one of the UKs leading renewable Energy providers who are on the lookout for Project Managers to join their Solar/PV team. Not only are they the largest and most experienced installer of solar acrossthe UK, but they also offer an unrivalled service to their customers. The Project Managers will help offer the worlds leading energy products in the market today, to not only save their customers money but also ensure theyre in safe hands!The Successful Project Managers can look forward to joining an already renowned company that are growing at an exponential rate leading to with of progression opportunities. Furthermore, the Project Managers will join an already successful team and earn a basicsalary of between £30-£35k dependent on experience and attitude, in addition to additional training and benefits. The Successful Project Managers duties will involve;* Ensure all installations are correctly appraised prior to installation. * Ensure all projects are managed from start to finish including picking correct kit to overseeing installation * Monitor and review completed installation including up to four weeks of aftercare after system has been installed. Aftercare could include arranging repairs for any faults and advise on the system* Deal with complex technical queries from sales teams and installers on a day-to-day basis, escalating to the Installs Manager or Head of Operations where required, or seeking further guidance. * Liaise with scaffolders and installers both sub-contractors and employees.* Complete full desktop reviews on contracts including shading and roof measurements.* Provide technical advice and guidance to complaints team, documentation team and other departments.The successful Project Managers Engineers will need;* BS7671 17th - 18th edition certified electrician (18th desirable)* 3 years + electrical experience * 1 year + PV experience* Demonstrable experience gained within the renewable energy sector - PV installations/maintenance, battery storage solutions and electric vehicle charge points.* Ideally some people management experience* Hard-working, tenacious and committed* Excellent time management and organisation skills* Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and enthuse teams * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * A strong character, with the ability to make and communicate good news and bad news* Experience of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, (other computer applications)If you fit the above and want to work what is becoming one of the countries leading renewable energy providers whilst earning up to £35k (basic) in addition to a wealth of benefits apply today for immediate consideration.
