Process Control Engineer - FMCG - Stockport - Up to £42,000About the companyOur client a leading FMCG company are looking for a Process Control Engineer to join their team in Greater Manchester.They are a fantastic manufacturing business with an incredible reputation within the industry!This is a day role, though flexibility to work shifts, weekends and participate in a Callout rota is essential.Process Control Engineer - The Rewards

  • Salary up to £42,000
Process Control Engineer - Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Have knowledge and experience of working in either a packaging, or filling environment
  • Must be Time Served Engineer
  • City and Guild level, though a HNC is preferable
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of PLC / SCADA programing with excellent fault diagnosis skills
  • Able to work under pressure, in a manufacturing environment and self manage workload.
  • Able to demonstrate having compliance and insurance inspection experience and have experience of dealing and managing contractors and suppliers
  • IOSH qualified is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • "Can Do" approach
Process Control Engineer - Responsibilities
  • This position will report to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for providing engineering support by actively participating in the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of both production and engineering assets as well as site servicesassets.
