Our client’s expertise and products are utilized across over 60% of the UK Rail Network.This SME are looking to make a range of technical, engineering and management hires, including a Principal Systems Engineer who will take responsibility for design decisions on cutting edge equipment that will keep the UK Railway industry running for thenext 30 years. A big fish in a little pond, this represents a great opportunity to lead on interesting industry projects whilst being a major cog who can influence business outcomes.The Role & OpportunityThis company produce products that influence the reliability and safety of the UK Rail Industry. As the Principal Systems Engineer, you will work to gather requirements from the customer, have full responsibility for design decisions and follow this throughto implementation with the customer. Current projects include: ETCS technologies, New Radio Frequency interlocking, Work Protection Solutions as well as many other safety critical systems within Rail. Salary£60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance (£482 p/month) Location Stockport, Greater ManchesterHybrid working (3 days onsite per week)Essential Experience
