We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our team based in Stockport. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, we can off you a competitive salary.**This role will initially start in a fully remote capacity, once we return to the campus there are home working options in place**The Principal Software Engineer role:We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer who will act as a lead with a high emphasis on inspiring, mentoring and helping others to develop and to be the best version of themselves.Taking a holistic view, you will collaborate and influence across technical, product, skills or social domains. As a Principal Software engineer you will Inspire the creation of the simplest solutions to complex business problems resulting in rock solid, high value products.You will Influence and challenge our development ecosystem. Maintaining a keen awareness of industry advances and new thinking to ensure we can benefit from opportunities as they arise.Working to create an environment and culture of continual learning across the department and beyond. You will be an ambassador for CDL, bringing new ideas into the teams and sharing knowledge internally and externally.
