About The RoleTeam- Business TelemarketingHybrid Role, Monday-Friday 09:30-14:30. No evenings or weekends.Your role will be to contact Businesses regarding Private Health Insurance as a benefit for their employees. The benefits of Private Medical insurance we can teach you. All you need to do is be a strong communicator who can gain the trust of these businesses.You willqualify leads for Healthcare Consultants to advise on a Private Medical insurance policy that best suits the business’s needs. In return for your passion to exceed and results we offer a monthly bonus scheme.You will provide a professional, efficient,courteous and accurate service to our customers.This is a fast paced role where you will deal with both individual and team targets.About You

  • You communicate well, are great at building trusting relationships and can adapt your style depending on who you are speaking to
  • Will maintain a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks, acting as a champion for change, contributing to great team spirit
