Job Description

ORDER PROCESSOR / STOCKPORT / COMPETITIVE SALARY + PENSION + MEDICAL INSURANCEOur client has an exciting opportunity for an Order Processor to pursue and develop a career with them - you will be joining a dynamic and vibrant wallpaper & wall art company.This diverse Order Processor role will include a variety of tasks, including order processing, communicating with customers and general admin.Whats on offer:

Key Responsibilities of the Order Processor:
  • Processing orders (email) including inputting on Sage 50
  • Sending the csv file to the warehouse and sending invoices to customers
  • Checking stock levels prior to order processing
  • Communicating with customers and the warehouse via telephone and email
  • Booking transport haulage to supply customers and co-ordinating the shipping orders worldwide
  • General admin and office support
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Highly numerate & articulate, with excellent communication skills
  • IT literate - Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel)
  • A Can do flexible attitude and an eye for detail
  • Professional, friendly approach
  • Ability to multi-task and organise your own work load
  • Minimum high level GCSE qualification
