NHS IT Programmes Business Manager - North West England - £400-£500 per day (outside IR35)Badenoch + Clarks NHS client in the North-West of England has a very exciting opportunity for a Programmes Business Manager to join them on a long-term project that is focused on the stabilisation and restructuring of NHS informatics service following an organisational structure change. The initial contract is for 6 months and are to start ASAP and rates will be in the region of £400 - £500 per day (outside of IR35). This role will be mainly home working.The successful candidate will be joining the IT programme to play a vital role in managing and leading Governance, Risk Management, Reporting and Management Information, Project Planning, Communication, Project Change Management, Financial Management and Tracking, Configuration Management, Benefits Management and Programme/Project Administration. This will include designing and applying project and programme support processes, supporting to drive improvements to the PMO service, carrying out timely and accurate information analysis, reporting and presenting findings and understanding complex facts or situations requiring analysis and resolving complex technical issues.The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience managing and leading on the above on large IT programmes and will have excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills at all levels. You will be highly proactive, positive and be enthused by taking the lead supporting with this large programme to ensure positive change and improvements.
